Electrical Corporation of America’s business model is different from many in the industry: all projects are administered by project managers and superintendents from our headquarters in Kansas City. ECA is typically mobilized in 10-12 states at any given time. This execution model works because of our long-standing relationships with local unions and suppliers nationwide, as well as the years of training that go into developing our traveling superintendents. In recent years, improving our skills with prefabrication has added to our ability to execute projects efficiently across a large geographic area.
