ECA completed repairs on the Tuttle Creek Tainter Gate Controls in Manhattan, KS for the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2020. Entirely self-performed by ECA, this project included engineering, fabricating, and installing 18 each 480V motor control panels to replace existing control panels that were beyond their service life. Installation required the demolition of the existing control panels, coordinating outages with USACE personnel, installation, and final quality and performance testing. New panels were designed and fabricated by ECA personnel to allow for the existing cabling to be reused where possible.
