Build something that lasts

At ECA, we’ve spent more than 50 years building a company where skilled people do serious work — and where those people are treated like they matter. We’re employee-owned, union-affiliated, and growing. If you bring skill, integrity, and a drive to grow, there’s a place for you here.

More Than a Job

ECA is the kind of company you stay at. We promote from within, invest in training, and share our success with the people who earn it. Since transitioning to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2022, every ECA employee has a real stake in the company’s growth. When ECA wins, you win.

We operate with a vision that guides every hire, every project, and every decision:

“To be the most trusted electrical partner in the industry — by building a company where people come first, craftsmanship is valued, and every connection we make lights the way to a better future.”
