Infrared Thermography

Diagnostic testing via infrared thermography is the most common form of electrical equipment testing. After the Arc Flash Study, it is typically the second step in field evaluation of electrical system condition. ECA Service’s trained technicians use infrared thermographic cameras during inspections to find evidence of overloaded equipment, loose connections, and other thermal evidence of electrical problems.

Thermography successfully finds issues in their early stages. With licensed electricians to perform inspections, ECA Service drills more deeply into areas of concern in a single visit than many other thermography service providers.

ECA has special programs available for owners who perform infrared scans on an annual basis.
